Andy Chavez is a multimedia artist whose work focuses on constantly exploring and appreciating the intricacies in everyday life. She attended Concordia University Irvine where she was awarded the Brommer Scholarship Award and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA in Art in 2016. She was also awarded her MA in Communications in 2022 with honors from California State University, Fullerton. Themes that Chavez has explored in her artwork include the nuances in body language and the emotions that can be elicited from networks such as texting or social media. She most recently worked with a local elementary school to design and prepare their logo for print on T-shirts.
