Bio

Andy Chavez is a graduate from the College of Communications at California State University, Fullerton. She previously attended Concordia University Irvine where she was awarded the Brommer Scholarship Award and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA in Art.

 

Throughout Chavez's academic work, she has explored the joining of arts and education for the purpose of meaningful outreach spanning into the realm of authentic and strategic use of social media as well. Recent research focuses on healthcare advertising and authenticity on social media. She has previously worked with a nonprofit for the purpose of recruiting volunteers via a strategic outreach plan, and providing regular marketing services. Recently, she has provided services to a private healthcare practice.
