PAIR Project

Goal

Facilitate audience analysis in the form of pro bono volunteer interviews, and an analysis of those interviews to inform an outreach plan. The interviews also decided which platform is best suited to reach a pro bono volunteer audience.

Process

Interview current pro bono volunteers at PAIR to determine their motivations for volunteering, and how they use social media and online services for PAIR updates. Facebook/Meta was identified as the most commonly used social media channel, so an outreach plan was crafted along with templates and planning tools for future use.

Result

Implementation of this plan using tools provided created longer browsing sessions on PAIR's website, and an increase in followers on Facebook. The posting templates are still in use today.
